When can I expect my order?
Our team and warehouse will be closed from 21 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, reopening on 6 January 2025. Orders placed within this period will be shipped out in the week of 6 January 2025.

Description
CliniSolv is a synthetic absorbable monofilament sterile surgical suture composed of Poly (p-dioxanone) (PDO), dyed violet. The monofilament structure provides exceptionally smooth passage through tissue with minimal drag.
Indications
Particularly useful where the combination of an absorbable suture and extended wound support (up to 6 weeks) is desirable. Indicated for:
- General soft tissue approximation
- Paediatric cardiovascular tissue
- Microsurgery
- Ophthalmic surgery
- Skin closure
- Non-permanent wound support in general, gynaecological, urological, and orthopaedic procedures
- Subcuticular closures
Absorption Profile
- Tensile Strength: 60-70% retained at 4 weeks, 50-60% at 6 weeks
- Complete Absorption: 180-210 days
- Absorption Mechanism: Hydrolysis – polymer degrades to glycolic acid

Storage
Store at 15°C to 30°C, away from direct heat. Do not use after expiry date.
