When can I expect my order?
Our team and warehouse will be closed from 21 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, reopening on 6 January 2025. Orders placed within this period will be shipped out in the week of 6 January 2025.
These dates are guidelines to help you shop. Our picking, packing, and delivery depend on what you order (for Christmas, no scrubs embroidery or backorder items), where it's being delivered, and your payment method (we recommend avoiding EFT).

Selected Eko features, including AI-assisted detection, disease indication, ECG-related functionality, and telehealth features, may be region-specific, may require an active Eko account or subscription, and may not be available or fully supported in South Africa. Eko’s AI detection features are subject to applicable regulatory approvals and regional availability.
This product carries a limited WiZmed warranty of up to 12 months from date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use only. It does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, wear and tear, unauthorised repairs, consumables, software or app limitations, regional feature restrictions, or changes to Eko’s services, subscriptions, or platform availability.
By purchasing this product, the customer acknowledges that it is a parallel import and that certain manufacturer services, regional features, and official distributor support may not be available locally.
