When can I expect my order?

Our team and warehouse will be closed from 21 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, reopening on 6 January 2025. Orders placed within this period will be shipped out in the week of 6 January 2025.

These dates are guidelines to help you shop. Our picking, packing, and delivery depend on what you order (for Christmas, no scrubs embroidery or backorder items), where it's being delivered, and your payment method (we recommend avoiding EFT).

Please note: Stethoscope engraving adds no delay to your order, but scrubs embroidery will add 1-2 working days lead-time. No backorder items will arrive in time for Christmas. The above dates are guidelines and not a promise or guarantee.
